Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

  • Leisure Coast Hospitality & Packaging dispatches orders Australia-wide.


Dispatch Timeframes

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 7 business days of receiving payment.

  • In some circumstances (including special-order or high-volume items), dispatch may take up to 14 business days or longer.

  • Estimated delivery times within Australia are 7–10 business days, depending on location.

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are generally made during business hours.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a card with instructions for collection from a local pickup location.

  • Any redelivery or rebooking fees charged by the courier will be passed on to the customer.


Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

  • If a parcel cannot be delivered and remains uncollected for more than two (2) weeks, it may be returned to us.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect address or service selection), we will reship the order at no additional cost.

  • If the return is due to customer error or inaction, we reserve the right to:

    • Pass on any return-to-sender fees incurred, and

    • Charge additional delivery costs to reship the order.

  • Customer error or inaction includes, but is not limited to:

    • Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address (including failure to include a business name where required).

    • Failure to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by the courier.


Order Cancellation Due to Return to Sender

  • If you elect to cancel an order after it has been returned to us due to customer error or inaction:

    • Under special circumstances a refund may be issued less all shipping costs incurred, and

    • A restocking fee of 30% of the total order value may apply.


Risk & Responsibility

  • All freight and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Risk of loss, theft, damage, or delay passes to the customer once the order is dispatched.

  • Leisure Coast Hospitality & Packaging is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed while in transit.


Damaged Goods in Transit

  • Items damaged in transit may be eligible for a refund (not replacement) at our discretion, provided:

    • The damage is covered by the freight carrier, and

    • We are notified within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Notification must include photographs of damage, and quantity/type of damage.
  • Items sold as part of a pack or set cannot be replaced individually.


Pricing & Currency

  • All transactions processed through the Leisure Coast Hospitality & Packaging online store are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Prices exclude GST, unless otherwise stated.
